Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physicians are board-certified in multiple specialties, including sports medicine, and are uniquely equipped to handle the diagnosis and non-surgical management of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries. This includes injuries and diseases affecting the muscles, bones, joints, and nerves of the limbs and spine.
Whether you are a “daily walker”, an active individual or an elite athlete, you will receive a comprehensive evaluation and individualized treatment plan that will help you regain function and return you to your activities or chosen sport.

Sports Medicine – Injury Rehabilitation, Prevention and Non-Operative Management
Our PM&R physicians are fellowship trained in non-operative sports medicine care. We collaborate with a team of orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists, athletic trainers, sports nutritionists, rehabilitation psychologists and neuropsychologists, and other sports medicine professionals to treat the most challenging cases.
Athletes at all levels will receive:

- Access to musculoskeletal ultrasound and biomechanical evaluation for accurate diagnosis
- Individualized return-to-play treatment plan
