Skip the check-in line at your next appointment with our convenient 91视频-In and Mobile Arrival service.听

Our 91视频-In service lets you update your personal and health information, and answer health questionnaires prior to arriving at your appointment.听

How does 91视频-In work?听听

  • An 91视频-In text message will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in your chart three days prior to your scheduled appointment. (If you have opted in to receive 91视频-In and Mobile Arrival emails, you will receive an email as well.)听听
  • Locate the text message or the email and click the 91视频-In link.听
  • Enter your zip code and date of birth, or log in using your MyUofMHealth username and password. Note: You may be asked to complete 2-factor authentication.听听
  • You then will have the opportunity to update information or complete questionnaire needed for your appointment.听听
  • You can complete the 91视频-In process up to three days prior to your visit. We suggest starting at least one hour before traveling to your appointment to give yourself enough time to gather information and complete all steps.听 听

If you wish to use our Mobile Arrival service when you arrive at the clinic, check the 鈥淪end me text notifications for this visit鈥 checkbox during 91视频-In.

How does Mobile Arrival work?听

Please note that you must have completed the 91视频-In process for your appointment in order for the mobile arrival service to work properly.听

  • A Mobile Arrival text message will be sent to the mobile phone number listed in your chart 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.听 (If you have opted in to receive 91视频-In and Mobile Arrival emails, you will receive an email as well.)听听
  • Locate the text message or the email and click the self-arrival link.听听
  • Enter your zip code and date of birth, or log in using your MyUofMHealth username and password. Note: You may be asked to complete 2-factor authentication.听听
  • Click the 鈥淚鈥檓 here鈥 button and follow any additional instructions.听听

Traditional Check-In Still Available

Traditional on-site check-in services remain available if you do not have a mobile device available to use.
